Driven by a passion for aesthetics, skincare, health, and overall wellness, Sierra Arnold, MSN, FNP-C, founded Radiant Wellness & Aesthetics with a vision of creating a space where clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in becoming the best version of themselves.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Sierra brings extensive clinical experience in both medicine and medical aesthetics to her practice. She specializes in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, including injectable treatments, facial rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics, laser and energy-based treatments, medical weight management, and hormone optimization. Her approach is centered around creating individualized treatment plans that prioritize safety, natural-looking results, and each client’s unique goals.

Sierra believes aesthetics should enhance rather than change what makes someone uniquely themselves. She is passionate about helping clients understand their options and takes pride in providing honest recommendations, education, and treatments designed to support long-term results.

Her passion extends beyond aesthetics to overall health and wellness. Sierra recognizes that looking and feeling your best often go hand in hand, which inspired her to develop Radiant into a practice where clients can address both aesthetic concerns and wellness goals in one supportive environment.
